Seagull Apartment

This is an ancient dammuso, fully restored in an Arab-Sicilian style, featuring two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchenette, a cozy living room with a sea view, a private terrace, and two large shared outdoor terraces.

This dammuso is part of the larger Dammuso Nika’, which is divided into four completely independent apartments, connected only through external areas.

It is important to note that, despite the absolute privacy of each apartment and its private terraces, some outdoor spaces along the terrace surrounding the house will be shared among guests.
